NJF is a multi-disciplinary design studio led by Nina Flohr of Greece.

Founded in 2019, Nina believes that design is a tool for understanding connections and addressing systems that improve and enhance daily life. The studio has a broad scope encompassing strategy, design concept, delivery and creative direction.

NJF approaches each project with humanity and care asking ‘why’, ‘what’ and then ‘how’ sequentially, ensuring context, culture and relevance are honoured and embedded in the creative process. The result is holistic design that is responsive and responsible, delivering products and experiences that are both immersive and memorable.
